Testing For All is radically rethinking access to diagnosis through home testing to improve patient outcomes. We are building a full service platform to enable all key actors of the healthcare system to deliver high quality home testing where and when it matters. Our platform is centered around connectivity, traceability and efficiency. Our aim is to make testing accessible to all, so that we never again have to say “if only we had caught this earlier”.
Testing For All was born out of the pandemic and delivered >1M high quality and affordable COVID-19 tests. To support this vision, we developed a unique web-based platform, the TFA App, which enabled the reliable delivery of large scale testing, tracking samples from the point of dispatch to receipt at the lab, and returning results to customers.
Our goal is to become the go-to platform supporting the delivery of high-quality diagnostics in the UK and beyond. We strongly believe that the COVID-19 pandemic will have a lasting impact on the healthcare sector and the prevalence of the diagnostics industry, and we want to continue to play a core part in ensuring the large scale availability of affordable tests.
We want to make home testing accessible to all and to put individuals in control of their health. Our full-service platform solution and orders API are the pillars to delivering on this vision and we believe form an attractive offering for existing actors in the healthcare sectors, such as insurers, cash plans, pharmacies and digital GP services who want to grow their diagnostics offering.
Our Partnerships Manager will be responsible for growing the business through identifying (and activating) key partnership opportunities within the above sectors. As one of the first hires, you can also look forward to shaping the vision of the business together with its founders. We are therefore looking for someone who can:
Identify and pursue key partnership opportunities in targeted sectors and build a sales pipeline.
Convert leads into partnerships and demonstrate market traction by owning and implementing an end to end sales funnel, from prospecting to closing of deals with new partners and onboarding.
Develop the sales materials required to approach and convert prospects.
Take on requirements from partners and feed them back to the wider business including the tech and product teams.
Coordinate marketing activities required to establish and grow our visibility in key sectors.
You have a strong track record of creating partnerships and B2B sales opportunities in the healthcare sector, delivering against growth targets.
You have at least 3 years of experience in partnerships or business development areas.
You have strong commercial awareness and are a problem solver for your prospective clients and wider team alike.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working within a regulated environment, ideally within primary care or healthcare and diagnostics sector at large.
